This is an informal English summary. The Spanish version is the only legally binding text.
Overview
These terms govern the mobile, WiFi, rural internet, fibre optic and TV services provided by LINK INTERNET COMUNICACIONES S.L. to the customer. By signing up you accept them along with the price plan and any specific conditions of the product you contract.
Pricing and billing
Fees are those in force at the time of activation. Bills are issued monthly and paid by SEPA direct debit unless another method has been agreed. Late payment may result in service suspension, interest at the legal rate and reporting to solvency registers.
Installation and equipment
Where applicable, WiFi antennas, PoE, cabling and routers are provided on a rental basis and remain the property of LINK INTERNET. Fibre installation, valued at €240, is offered free of charge subject to a 12-month minimum term (see the Spanish version for the exact early-termination scale).
Service quality and incidents
Compensation for service interruptions follows the rules of Royal Decree 899/2009 and the applicable Spanish telecoms regulation. No compensation applies for interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party works, misuse by the customer or power supply issues.
Customer obligations
The customer must pay on time, use the service lawfully, cooperate with troubleshooting and grant access to the premises for installation, maintenance or removal of equipment.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel the contract with the notice period stated in the Spanish version (typically two business days from the customer, thirty days from LINK INTERNET). Cancellation requests can be sent by post, phone (685 745 633) or e-mail (administracion@linkinternet.es).
Complaints
Complaints can be filed through the customer service phone or in writing to C/ Maestro Juan Terrades Alcácer, 62, P5, 03600 Elda (Alicante). If a complaint is not resolved within one month, individual customers may escalate it to the Spanish Secretaría de Estado de Telecomunicaciones (usuariosteleco.es).
Data protection
Personal data is processed under the EU GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 to provide the service, invoicing, customer care and — with your consent — commercial communications. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to our registered office.
Governing law
Spanish law applies to this contract. The Spanish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
